Licence

Subject to these Terms, Panouf AB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

Eligibility

The Game is rated for all ages (Apple App Store 4+ and Google Play Everyone). It contains no violence, profanity, gambling, or adult content. If you are under 13 — or under the age of digital consent in your country — you should ask a parent or guardian before installing the Game or enabling any optional data collection described in the Privacy Policy.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
• use the Game in any unlawful way.

Ownership

The Game and all of its content — code, artwork, text, music, and design — are owned by Panouf AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets are used under their respective licences; see the Acknowledgements. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

Purchases and refunds

Voyager Quest is a paid app sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases are processed by the relevant store, and refunds are handled by that store under its own policies, not by Panouf AB:

• Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, your statutory rights — including any applicable right of withdrawal for digital content — are not affected by these Terms. (Note: the right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply once download or use has begun with your consent.)

Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We aim to keep the Game working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under Swedish or EU law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panouf AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU/EEA. As a consumer you may also be entitled to refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) — arn.se.

The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for EU consumers, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available in the Game and at this address. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
